• Contract and billing information, such as agreement acceptance, subscription status, transaction details, and payment identifiers. Payment-card details are collected and processed by Stripe and are not stored directly by Prosper Digital Works.

• Device and usage information, such as IP address, browser and device information, referring page, pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, campaign information, and QR-code scan details.

We collect information directly from you, automatically from your browser or device, from service providers that help operate our business, and from publicly available business sources when we prepare or discuss services for a prospective client.

• Service providers. We use providers that support hosting, analytics, data storage, email delivery, payment processing, business records, notifications, and messaging. These may include Vercel, Google, Supabase, Resend, Stripe, Pushover, and telecommunications providers.

• Legal and safety purposes. We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate misuse, or enforce our agreements.

We do not sell personal information for money. We do not use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not sell, rent, or disclose mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent records to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information we maintain about you, or to withdraw consent where applicable. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state law, including the right to receive a portable copy of certain information or appeal a denied request.
